Surat Niwas exists because buying a luxury home should feel as considered as the home itself.

What we do

We represent premium residential projects in Surat from a limited set of reputed builders. We do not list every project in the city. We list the ones we would recommend to our own family, and we know each one in detail.

Founder

Konark Sharma founded Surat Niwas. He holds an LLB (Hons.) and an MBA in Marketing, and previously worked as a real estate channel partner. That combination shapes how we work: every recommendation starts with RERA, title and approvals — and only then with price and amenities.

How we are paid

Our advisory is free for buyers. We are compensated by the builder when a booking is completed. You pay the same price as booking directly — often with better unit choice because of our builder relationships.
