What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, email (optional), budget, preferences, message, the page you enquired from and campaign parameters (such as utm_source). Our website may use Google Analytics to understand usage.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, share project information, arrange site visits and, with your consent, contact you by call, WhatsApp or email about relevant properties.

Sharing

We share your name and contact details with a builder only for the project you asked about, to arrange visits or pricing. We do not sell your data.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to serve you and for 24 months after our last interaction, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access, correction or erasure of your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to suratniwas@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
