Metro and property: what to weigh
- Timing. Compare the metro timeline with the RERA completion date of the home — most luxury projects we list complete between 2028 and 2032, after the full network is expected.
- Last mile. A station 800 m away on a road you won't walk in May is not the same as one at the gate. Check the route to the entrance.
- Noise and frontage. Homes facing an elevated viaduct gain access but may hear trains; higher floors and set-back towers reduce it.
- Construction phase. Roadworks along the alignment affect commutes until the line opens.
